CNAS-Certified Laboratories & Technical Capabilities

Adhering strictly to international ISO 9001 standards, our production processes and products carry trusted global certifications: CE, SIL-2/SIL-3, CPA, explosion-proof certificates, and fire protection approvals.

Xinhaosi’s internal testing and calibration facility is fully accredited by the China National Accreditation Service (CNAS) under the international ISO/IEC 17025 framework. Through mutual recognition via the ILAC-MRA network, our test reports are accepted globally by European, North American, and Asian compliance organizations.

Our intellectual property portfolio includes over 50 registered patents and software copyrights. This covers key safety breakthroughs, including graphical multi-sensor software systems that process real-time environmental data to reduce false alarms by up to 30%. We also engineered a unique line of flow-monitoring solenoid shut-off valves and developed China's first networked, bus-type municipal gas warning platform.

Our role as a primary drafting organization for the Chinese national solenoid valve standards highlights our commitment to gas safety engineering and global technical leadership.

Global & Localized Industrial Application Scenarios

Deploying multigas safety arrays that protect key infrastructure across various operating environments.

Upstream & Downstream Petrochemical

Refineries and offshore drilling platforms operate in challenging, volatile conditions. Our explosion-proof multigas detectors (Ex d IIC T6) continuously monitor for methane, hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide, and oxygen depletion. They prevent combustions while protecting personnel from toxic fumes.

⚒️

Underground Shafts & Tunneling

In confined spaces like mines and deep underground excavations, combustible gases can build up quickly. The GT-AT0617 Series tracks gas levels and feeds data to centralized control rooms. It interfaces with local ventilation systems to maintain safe airflow.

🏢

Urban Gas Pipeline Networks

Modern cities require continuous monitoring of sub-surface pipelines and utility tunnels. Our smart telemetry units use low-power wireless modules to run for years on battery power. They transmit pressure and leak data via IoT networks to municipal safety hubs.

🏠

Commercial & Residential Smart Homes

For household safety, our JT-AT residential detectors link directly with emergency shut-off valves. If a leak is detected, the system immediately cuts the main gas line, protecting families from explosion risks.

Industrial Supply Chain Resilience & Manufacturing Efficiency

Our dual-facility production model in Chengdu and Deyang provides reliable supply continuity for large projects.

By sourcing raw metals, precision electronics, and sensors locally in western China, we insulate our operations from international shipping disruptions. Vertically integrated assembly, surface mount technology (SMT), automated calibration, and rigorous testing lines help lower production costs. We pass these savings directly to our global OEM and distributor partners.

Our Deyang smart facility uses modern production machinery to ensure high repeatability and consistent quality across millions of units. This large capacity allows us to quickly fulfill custom OEM orders that standard manufacturers struggle to meet.

Additionally, our CNAS-approved testing lab runs real-time calibration checks on every production batch. This reduces defects and ensures incoming components match the performance requirements of international safety standards.

⚙️ Our Supply Chain and Production Advantages

  • 01. Local Sourcing Network: Reduces dependence on international raw material shipping.
  • 02. SMT & In-House Tooling: Accelerates custom OEM/ODM case and PCB design.
  • 03. Automated Environmental Chambers: Exposes detectors to harsh heat and cold to prevent early field failures.
  • 04. Multi-Tier Logistics: Ensures rapid shipment from Chengdu to major global shipping terminals.

Technical FAQ & Sensor Calibration Reference

Direct answers from our R&D department to common industrial gas safety questions.

How do catalytic combustion and NDIR sensors differ when monitoring methane?
Catalytic combustion sensors burn trace amounts of gas on a coated bead to measure flammability. They are cost-effective but can become poisoned by silicone or sulfur compounds, and they require oxygen to operate. Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) sensors measure infrared absorption instead. They are resistant to chemical poisoning, operate in oxygen-free environments, and require less frequent calibration.
Why is SIL-2 certification important for industrial safety valves?
Safety Integrity Level 2 (SIL-2) confirms that a safety valve is designed to lower risks to an acceptable level. Our SIL-2 certified valves are engineered with low failure rates, ensuring they shut off gas flow reliably when triggered by a linked detector.
What calibration cycle is recommended for industrial multigas systems?
We recommend performing calibration verification ("bump testing") every 3 to 6 months depending on environmental exposure. A full calibration check using certified gas standards should be completed annually in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory guidelines to adjust for sensor drift.
How does the automated shutoff system work in residential applications?
The residential detector (e.g., JT-AT2006 or JT-AT2009 Series) continuously monitors ambient air. If gas levels reach a pre-set threshold (usually 5% to 10% LEL), the detector sounds an alarm and sends a electrical pulse to the solenoid valve (e.g., BT-XF5 or KT-XF5 Series). This immediately closes the valve to stop the gas leak.
