The XF5III Series is specifically tailored and optimized for industrial natural gas systems.
This series features an Ex mb IIC T6 Gb explosion-proof grade (encapsulated type), an IP66 ingress protection rating, and complies with the GB 44016-2024 execution standard.
The valve has an instant cutoff design, with a valve closing time of 1 second or less (≤ 1s) when triggered.
The valve is opened manually, and it features dual closing methods: manual shut-off or automatic power-off emergency shut-off.
The body is made of corrosion and pressure-resistant aluminum alloy, the actuator is stainless steel, and the sealing is NBR or FKM rubber. The typical service life of the valve is 10 years.
Models support pipe diameters of DN15, DN20, and DN25 (with connection sizes of 1/2" FTP, 3/4" FPT, and 1" FPT) and are available in maximum working pressures of either 0.1MPa or 0.4MPa.
