Founded in 2003, Xinhaosi is one of the most influential and trusted brands in the global gas safety industry. Over the past two decades, we have steadily built a robust and comprehensive production and service system, which integrates cutting-edge R&D, intelligent manufacturing with advanced automation equipment, digital marketing across global channels, professional after-sales support with an experienced technician team, flexible OEM/ODM services, as well as CNAS-Accredited laboratory calibration services that meet international standards.
Our diversified product portfolio covers industrial & residential gas detection & alarm systems, industrial & household gas solenoid valves, and urban gas pipeline network monitoring systems—all engineered to adapt to complex working environments and strict safety requirements. We produce and sell tens of millions of units annually, catering to a wide range of industries that demand reliable gas detection solutions, including oil & gas exploration and production, petrochemicals, urban gas distribution, automotive manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, new energy, steel production, and beverage processing.
Adhering to ISO9001 quality management system standards, Xinhaosi's core products have obtained a full range of authoritative certifications, including national compulsory Products Certification, explosion-proof certification, fire product certification, CPA measurement instrument type approval certificate, and international approvals as CE and SIL. Additionally, Xinhaosi holds honors such as "National Quality Integrity Benchmark Enterprise" , "National Quality Leading Enterprise in the Gas Alarm Industry," member of the China Fire Protection Association, and serves as the main drafting organization for the national standard of solenoid valves, further confirming its industry influence and reputation.
In the field of intellectual property, Xinhaosi has built a robust innovation system with over 50 patents and software copyrights. These patents cover core technological areas, including a graphical monitoring system for gas detection and alarm, which enables predictive maintenance based on historical data to reduce equipment failure rates by over 30%, and a solenoid valve with flow monitoring functionality that integrates flow detection and alarm capabilities. The company also pioneered China's first networked bus-type gas leakage monitoring system and the only maximum-point gas leakage monitoring system certified by the Ministry of Public Security, demonstrating its leading position in cutting-edge technological research.
Our in-house laboratory is accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), recognized both domestically and internationally under the ILAC-MRA framework. It operates in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025, the international standard for testing and calibration laboratories. It provides reliable and traceable testing services for gas detection and alarm products, solenoid valves, and related safety equipment. Test reports issued by the CNAS-accredited laboratory are widely accepted by regulatory authorities, certification bodies, and customers in China and overseas, helping to ensure product quality, safety compliance, and market access.
Pioneering the transition from passive mechanical safety devices to intelligent, networked, and predictive gas shutdown ecosystems.
Our upcoming generation of gas shut-off valves integrates edge-computing microprocessors. By monitoring transient current fluctuations during coil energization and analyzing subtle changes in micro-travel time, the valve can predict solenoid coil degradation and mechanical binding before a critical failure occurs, decreasing unscheduled downtime by up to 40%.
Expanding beyond traditional wired RS485 Modbus and bus systems, our roadmap focuses on Ultra-Low Power wireless transmission protocols. This allows our pipeline valves to communicate directly with municipal networks over long distances, ensuring real-time status telemetry even in hard-to-wire locations such as subterranean shafts and remote distribution lines.
We are actively engineering valve actuation safety loops targeting SIL 3 compliance (Safety Integrity Level 3) according to IEC 61508. This ensures that in critical chemical processing plants, the probability of failure on demand (PFD) is reduced to less than 1 in 10,000, aligning with the highest safety tier for safety instrumented systems (SIS).
From deep petrochemical extraction to municipal urban gas networks, Xinhaosi delivers customized industrial safety designs.
In highly corrosive, salt-laden marine air and sulfur-rich refinery environments, standard valves degrade quickly. Xinhaosi manufactures shut-off valves using heavy-duty CF8M (316 stainless steel) with PTFE or FKM seals. These systems are rated up to Ex d IIC T6 to guarantee sparkless safety under high concentrations of volatile gas mixtures.
Municipal networks require large-diameter, low-pressure-drop systems. Our pneumatic and motorized high-torque automatic shut-off valves ensure zero flow resistance during normal operations, but will snap shut in less than 1 second when triggered by seismic sensors or municipal pressure drops, mitigating catastrophies.
Hydrogen gas is highly volatile, has a wide explosion limit, and causes hydrogen embrittlement in standard steel. Xinhaosi's R&D team is engineering specialized hydrogen-grade shut-off valves utilizing specialized surface treatments and elastomer composites to withstand pressures up to 70MPa, facilitating the green transition.
Data-driven engineering excellence that represents our manufacturing capacity and structural resilience.
The global energy sector cannot afford supply chain delays. At our newly built Deyang Smart Factory, Xinhaosi has transitioned to digitized lean production. By utilizing automated robotic machining, laser welding, and automated optical inspection (AOI), we maintain strict manufacturing tolerance controls while driving down component defect rates to under 50 PPM (parts per million).
Our localized integration of raw material casting, high-precision machining, electromagnetic coil winding, and electronics assembly in Sichuan allows us to mitigate macro-economic disruptions. We maintain a strategic safety stock of raw copper, stainless steel, and specialized elastomers, shielding our international partners from unpredictable raw material price spikes and shipping delays.
Procuring natural gas valve shut off systems requires strict adherence to international regulatory frameworks. To support corporate procurement officers, Xinhaosi provides full documentation packages, including:

Normally Open (NO) gas solenoid valves are the standard configuration for emergency shut-off systems. Under normal operation, the valve is open and does not consume power, avoiding issues with coil heating and extending valve lifespan. When the system detects a leak, the controller triggers a short pulse of electricity to shut the valve, which then remains mechanically locked closed until manually reset (fail-safe). Normally Closed (NC) valves require constant electrical current to stay open. If power fails, the valve automatically snaps shut. NC configuration is generally utilized in industrial process loops where power loss should automatically stop fuel flow.
Our explosion-proof valves are engineered and tested in accordance with ATEX, IECEx, and China National Compulsory Certifications. Our Ex d IIC T6 classification indicates a flameproof enclosure designed to withstand internal explosions without propagating sparks or flame to the surrounding gas atmosphere (ideal for Group II hydrogen, acetylene, or methane environments). Testing involves checking thermal thresholds, casing pressure tolerance limits, and seal integrities within our CNAS-accredited laboratory under strict simulated conditions.
CNAS (China National Accreditation Service) operates under the ILAC-MRA (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation Mutual Recognition Arrangement) framework. This means that calibration and testing data issued by Xinhaosi's CNAS-accredited labs are recognized globally by safety agencies in over 100 countries, including ANSI/IAS in the USA and European accreditation bodies. It guarantees test accuracy, device traceability, and reduces compliance costs during customs clearance and local certification validation.
The primary causes of failure are mechanical binding from pipeline particulates, moisture corrosion of coils, and seal degradation due to corrosive chemical interactions. Xinhaosi overcomes these issues by: 1. Incorporating high-grade stainless steel internal springs and nickel-plated plungers; 2. Using double-layer encapsulation (IP65 or IP67 ratings) on electromagnetic coils to prevent moisture ingress; 3. Standardizing on FKM and Viton seals to withstand acidic gas components without premature elastomer degradation.
